[TechAssist] Viewsonic Monitor GA771 FCC#GSS17015 (Dead, LED blinks green and pops throughg speakers)

Hello,
This monitor is dead,when you push power button it
does not build HV,and the led blinks green off and on.
It pops through the speakers with each flash of the
green led. I've checked Q550,Q881,Q610,Q601,D602 most
all caps.,resistors,diodes on the board. Resoldered
the whole board.
