Uh, that's either your yoke is misaligned but most likely the shadow mask is
bad, which means a new CRT. Did the customer get into the set? Or maybe
another shop did (unlikely)? Is the yoke seated up against the wedges, and
any of the paint marks on the neck of the yoke misaligned?? If so, somebody
has been in there before you.
