When this one misbehaved, you would eject the cassette and it would go right back in by itself, or hang up half way ejected. I have been running it for a couple of days waiting for the problem to return before putting in the photointerrupters. While I have it apart I will be looking for things that might have interfered with the photointerrupters and examining the teeth on the cam for wear or damage.
