[TechAssist] Toshiba TV37C60, blue gun shorted, did flyback wrap,picture is not as good as B4.

This set has a heater to blue cathode intermittent short. When the set
was working well I measured the AC voltage on the heaters and got the
flyback wrap as close to the original as possible (10% higher). The
picture looks washed out and fuzzy compared to the original. It is
acceptable but not great as I had hoped it would turn out. Is this
normal, or have I done something wrong?
