[TechAssist] Toshiba CX3586A/TAC9191 Shut Down

This unit will shut down immediately after power
on.The high voltage comes up to full output.Went
over this thing with a fine tooth comb for
solder and cracks .I found that on standby,
something is pulling hard on the 12V Regulator,
bring it down to 5V(U801 MC7812CT).Replaced it
just for grain's .Used Toshiba parts of course.
Parts replaced on power board PB1797.
IC801 STR-S6501,Q845 S1854,& Q862 2SC1815.
I am focusing on the control processor IC501
(B0383693/TA8745DN)which I have not found a
replacement for.Thought this would be a good
time to get some insight.
