[TechAssist] Toshiba 5 Disk DVD SD-2705U, powers up, but nothing else.

This is a Toshiba 5 Disk DVD player model # SD-2705U.

The unit powers up and the displays reads "Hello" and shows the 5 disk icons. 
The unit's drawer will not open and there is no response to any other button 
except the power button.
I suspected PS but I have found good +5, +12, and -12. Has anyone seen this 
problem or would anyone have a schematic/manual.
