[TechAssist] Tosh CF3062A - TAC9150 Horz output tran repeat failure

Repaired this for shorted Q404(2SD1428)and blown fuse. Replaced
C416(10uf/100v)(high esr), transistor & fuse. Resoldered flyback,
screen/focus ground, horz dvr transformer & dvr transistor Q402. Sent home.
2 weeks later, customer called that set went dead, click only. Q404 and fuse
blew again.
Again, replaced Q404. Played OK, but noticed an intermittent arcing
interference in the picture. The interference only lasts for a few minutes,
then clears out. No noise or hissing from the fly or the yoke, when the
interference is present. Q404 and Flyback both run warm, but NOT hot, even
after several hours running time.
I suspect the intermittent interference may be the cause of the Q404
failure, but the set is running OK now.
Anyone got any ideas? Would really appreciate some input!
