[TechAssist] Tip for Imago 17" monitor 17SX -no vert. positioning

This Imago 17" computer monitor model 17SX (FCC# IIBUA1) came in with
the vertical positioning not functioning. Vertical height adjustment was
fine. All the parameters are controlled by menu from front push buttons.
Solution:
Q303 near vertical output IC was shorted. 2SA733 or NTE 290A
