Chassis: TAC0171
Picture is OK, except for intermittent thin horizontal lines
which occur at random, sometimes just in one area of the screen,
other times all over
They are red and green and do NOT affect the convergence
There is also what looks like tiny circles (like the ones caused
by HV arcing). No sign of arcing when this occurs
The lines do not look anything like the thin ones you see
starting at the top of the screen when there is trouble in the
vertical circuit
