[TechAssist] TA Fisher HT881 OSD/Audio intermittent on/off

Before I schedule this service call for next week:
Customer stated set is about 15 years old, 27" console.
After set warms up, OSD and audio flash on and off. Problem is very
intermittent.
Rather than going on the call, waiting for it to act up, does anyone have a
case history on this set?
