I am not familiar with that exact model number. Does the VCR mechanism unpluf from the board or is it connected to the board with ribbon cable? It appears your model is the same as Symphonic SC313C, Syl 6313CC, Emerson EWC1302 and that manual is on the tech-assist members area for download. There is also a cross reference for Funai combi's in the members area. (combi model cross). Please let me know how your mechanism attatchs to the board so I know which mechanism it is and I will add it to the "combi model cross". On your TV, Q606 is apparently the 12v power on switch/regulator and D615 is an over-voltage protection crowbar on the 25v line. If that is shorted it would make the power supply whine and not run.
