[TechAssist] Symphonic 13" TVCR combi, has "snivits" interference thru pix, even in AUX.

Looks like interference lines ( and swirls)with an area of bending.All
superimposed over picture. Not bending or distorting it. Closest thing
to it is medical diathermy interference bands.
I assume there may be a small electrolytic open allowing "hash" to enter
a signal circuit.
Any past histories on this model?
