It's an oldie! Fuse F1602 is blown, I believe it's off the +B
(regulator)? HOT is OK. I can't find any bad diodes or transistors. I
could use tips and/or a service manual to troubleshoot this problem.
This thing is built like a brick shit-house. Thanks.
