Looks like the set is fixed. I ended up replacing the following components:

D604 (D1N20R, Sony part# 8-719-510-48)
D610 (same as D604)
F602 (3.15 amp GMA, Sony part# 1-576-107-22)
Q603 (2SC4664NPR, Sony part# 8-729-927-23)
Q604 (same as Q603)
Q605 (2SD2012, Sony part# 8-729-209-15)
Q652 (2SC2785-HFE, Sony part# 8-729-119-79)
R623 (8.2 ohm, 1/2 watt, Sony part# 1-212-956-00)
VDR602 (Sony part# 1-809-264-71)
