G2 and cathode voltages seem lower than normal on this set, is your B+ at
130v?? Have you pulled the crt board off and measured those voltages? What
is your heater voltage? Normally I get 6Vac on a digital multimeter, and
that's a pretty universal reading on most if not all CRTs. Don't know what a
scope actually sees, but a good guess would be 12-15Vpp on the heater. It
sounds like your IHVT just isn't getting enough input power from the
regulator, or you have something pulling down your IHVT output voltages. I
believe your vertical
source(s) also come off the IHVT, either a +28V or a +15 and -15 supply
system.
