Ben,

I second that motion.  Had a KV32S25 with that symptom.  Here are my
notes on that:

Has low growl when you try to turn it on.  Replaced flyback 8-598-969-00.
 No change.  Replaced IC641/SI3090C/ 874992058.  a&t.
