[TechAssist] Sony KV-27FS12 chassis BA5 thumping sound

This set had D513 bad in power for verticle -15 volt
source. When you turn on now you have reduced b+ with
thumping sound. Disconnect H/O transistor and the 130v
comes to normal with good drive wave form and
voltages. Anyone had this before? I am thinking maybe
hvt??? Thanks Ben
