I just closed the shop with one of those on the bench.
Mine's a EXR20 instead of a 25.
Replaced the STR and now it starts and immediately goes into shutdown. I can 
hear the HV crackle but haven't had time to measure it.
I checked the 47@50,  OK on all 4 tests.
