[TechAssist] Sony KV-2765R Had Mis-Diagnosis.

"Set comes on when plugged in. Off Channel, hash in sound, and no
fuctions from controls. No on/off...no volume setting...No Ch Change.
Customer said this would be from turn on to about 30 minutes.
Any hints?"
This was wrong. Basically has no sound, Audio output OK, when I remove
Antenna I get audio hash.
But customer claims sound comes up after about 1/2 an hour.
Sorry about leading you guys down the Garden path.;-)
