I have found on some sets when you have 1/2 deflection its the
output IC or the supply {s} to it..

replaced the CXA1465as Y/C jungle IC, and still has the same problem. All
the voltages I have checked so far seem within reason, and I am starting to
suspect a leaky cap or something. I was wondering if anyone has run into a
similar problem. I have not scoped it out yet.
