Thanks for replying Jeff. The sync circuits are ok, the picture, from what I
can make out, is synced in. No fluid leaks from any of the tubes. It's just
a bundle of red,green,blue lines that totaly distort the picture and flicker
It's kind of hard to explain but I will order the video jungle Ic and
change those caps that were previously posted in replies. It does seem to be
associated with the vertical

Neil,
Sounds like you are describing horizontal sync problem.
This set is know for coolant leaks.
See if any coolant dripped on the main board.

This is a condition that I have not run acroos before and hope someone out

has as to save me some time on this unit. Sound is Ok but you cannot see any

of picture because of multiple colored lines in the video. Cannot read OSD
but you
can tell it's there. It seems like it could be a very bad convergence
problem like
the Zenith's notorious R3243 but a lot worst. Any help would be appreciated,
