[TechAssist] Sharp CTV Model 32JS400/Sync problems

This set has a real nice pix when using an external source via the
audio\video jacks but when using the tuner,pix rolls and pulls
horiz.Will not lock in.The tuner voltages seem to be pretty normal.Maybe
the jungle IC or a bad lytic in the sync ckt.No print.
Maybe someone has tips or ideas on this problem. Thanks for your help.
