[TechAssist] Magnavox Model RK5556/27P1 chasis Fixed.

This is the set that had an open R429 and shorted C430.After replacing
both,still no relay click due to no 5v from stdby ckt.The culprit was
C423 (47\50v) cap with very high esr.Customer was very happy to get her
tv fixed since it was of sentimental value to her.
Thanks to AL and Bob and all of you who helped with tips and print on
the set.
