[TechAssist] Sharp 27C540 Blows H.O.T

Good Morning
I am not very familiar with this model as it has one of
those green double side board. Hot blows at turn on.Sams does not list this
model. Has anyone worked on this model before and does it have ihvt failure?
Any help appreciated.
