[TechAssist] Sanyo DS31520 horiz...too wide

Hello tech's, This unit came in dead. Found shorted diode D407 fast switch,
replaced and powers, but horiz too wide. Checked c416 & C417 no fault. Hot
runs warm, not hot. No change when adjusting (ew dc) hor width in serv menu.
Any ideas???
