[TechAssist] Anyone who worked on Kyrocera/KLH in the late 80's have KLH-200 table radio

Did anyone work Kyrocera-KLH warranty in the late 1980's?
We have in a KLH-200 table radio. It came on with audio then the audio
failed and does not recover, customer complaint was no audio, any ideas or a
shematic?
