[TechAssist] Sansui Model TVS2541 Dead

Fuse OK
Primary power supply seems to be working.
Saw a post about D528(5.6v zenier) being shorted,
but that is not the case this time.
Sams doesn't list this model.
It has 3 flat pack ic's surface mounted on the
bottom of the chassis, and I figure the real
manufacturer is Funi or Daewoo.
Has a Orion CRT and a Samsung Tuner in it.
Lady mentioned something about "setting the timer",
and it never came back on.
Ring any bells with anyone?
