[TechAssist] Samsung k52 chassis Dogs

Hi Guys
We have two Samsung chassis which we are having problems
finding the solution..The K52ma chassis has no channels we have
replaced the tuner checked the main b plus at 12v...The data
supplies
are at 35 volts and 5 volts and replaced the main microprocessor.
If injection at tuner if output is ok
still no channels...channel number comes up on screen..also can't
find
the autoprogram menu .. hmmmmmmm
The second chassis is a K52MC which is dead..No 5 volts to
Processor.
.Input power supply voltage is ok looks like a output supply
problem..
Anyone with an e-fact of these chassis's or ( Tuner
and power supply) Your help is appreciated.
