This tv has sound but no raster or osd [totally black screen] . High voltage
and focus is ok and the heater voltage is 6.3v . The 200v on the crt is ok
and the RK , BK and GK all have approximately 190v . The screen voltage will
only go to 165v . With the crt board removed it's the same . I removed the
screen connection at crt and measured the resistance to gnd and it adjusts
from 1.8meg to 30meg . I also replaced c518 the 103z/3kv screen cap . Could
this be a bad flyback ? The customer told me the picture would appear once
and a while when it first started to act up but now it doesn't . Thanks .
