[TechAssist] Samsung TXD1372 service menu

13" Samsung model TXD1372 TV has very low audio. Traced problem to transistor
on audio line to output ic that is controlled by the micro. Disconnecting the
base of this transistor restores sound. There isn't any option in the customer
menu for turning off the speaker. My question, how do you access the service
menu on this set or is there a system control reset procedure? Thanks.
