[TechAssist] Samsung Model TSJ 2799 Chassis K53A No Audio

Hi all
I have a samsung model TSJ 2799 chassis k53a with no audio. Customer said the
volume went up louder when they were watching it. When they tried to turn down
the display turned down but volume would not. When set was turned back on there
was no audio. Audio output ciruits to speakers are working ok but no audio at
audio outputs or speakers. Have never seen this chassis before & have no
service manual.
