According to my records, there is an IC651 in that set, a 7806 regulator,
and I have replaced it to solve that problem.  The TVCR9G1 has problems
of no start caused by a little 47ufd, 16 volt cap, C1622.  I mention this
because I once had two sets with the same model number, that were quite
different inside.
