[TechAssist] STR58041 or A for Panasonic?

i was told by factory tech to use only str58041a ICs, in this
set.
I called and ordered them from a supplier, and ask for the ( A
). and paid extra for them. but the ics only have a small A
after the manufacturer date. example, STR58042 2N07A.
i expected it to say STR58041A.
Am I wrong?
