I have an RCA TV chassis CTC185AB4 which was dead. HOT had 169V on
collector but no life otherwise. Found a leaky surface mount capacitor
C4114 (.01 uF) in the base circuit of Q3901, 5V regulator. The cap being
leaky, was holding down the 5.5V on the base, down to less than 1V,
therefore the transistor didn't conduct and no 5V output source.
Replaced the cap and now the set works perfectly.
