This proj set with a CTC169PA CHASSIS came in dead, Would pulse 3 times &
then go off. Has H/V. Found that disconnecting P1903 have normal pix. I
have unsoldered & removed the 2 IC`S U1901 & 1902, but the set still shuts
down unless the P1903 is not connected. Have ckd caps in the area 7 find no
problems. any tips on where to go next & where the audio print is located
in the ctc169 supplements for this model. My info doesn`t go this high.
