[TechAssist] REPOST Pioneer Rec. VSX-502 No power up. Only standby light on.

Customer says this Pioneer VSX-502 was hit by lightening. Only the standby
light comes on when pluged in. Not sure what the volt values should be in
thepower supply section. Found R82 discolored and can not ohm it. Need to
know ohm value please. Any and all help will be appreciated.
