[TechAssist] RCA/PROSCAN 52" PS52682 Q4100 shorted.

RCA/PROSCAN PS52682 / Chassis CTC171ACB
I only recently started taking in projo's, so not real familiar.
The power supply circuit seems electronically similar to
the circuit used in a CTC169.
My question is: Is there parts that you should normally replace
with Q4100 failure?
I usually replace C4102, C4104, C4108, and U4101 when
the chopper transistor (Q4101) fails in a CTC169.
I want the repair to be reliable.
Please advise with your experience, and thanks for your time.
