That doesn't seem to be a valid model number. 27f530 maybe?
I don't understand the "noise like the smps was not working." If it is
making noise it probably is working, in shutdown, due to a shorted
horizontal output transistor, caused by a faulty flyback.
Flyback LL005 262341
Horizontal output, TL035, 230760
The main supply is 126v.
