[TechAssist] RCA25F530T ChassisITC008KCS need schematic

This is the first one of these that I've seen. Have not open it yet but when
I plugged it in there was a noise like the SMPS was not working. anyone have
any notes on this one. I would also appreciate a schematic if someone has
one.
