It appears the problem is mechanical gear alignment. I have tried my usual way of removing the basket and letting the mechanism go to home when power is applied, then aligning timing marks, but this doesn't work. Could someone email me the alignment procedure? My memory is coming back to me on all the problems I had with one like this a number of years ago, don't see very many in this area.
