Sounds like you have not found the bad connection.

You did not mention if the video leaves instantly.

I presume it will be a dry solder connection.

As a last resort....now....some may give me feedback on this, but..in the 
last 3 months I have fixed really "tough dog" problems by removing the 
chassis, and using a "HEAT GUN" to heat the underside of the board, in the 
suspected part of the circuit. Had 2 chassis, one was a Panasonic...never 
came back.

You need to explain this procedure to you customer...and charge accordingly.
