I think I found my problem, It is U1903, op amp says LM324N on it.
Anyone have the RCA Part Number for U1903 for a CTC169PA chassis? Larry

This Proj set is really giving me fits. Came in dead, found pulling
P1903 Audio plug restored normal operation. I replaced both audio out
IC`s, no help. found it still shuts down with both U1901 & U1902
removed. Measured both the + & - voltages at the plug & both are running
around 18V. With the ic`s both out I can resolder the pins 2-3 & 6-7
that have been disconnected to get the set to power up 7 set will
continue to run with normal voltages on the + & - supplies, but when I
shut it off it will not restart. Have checked caps in the circuit & find
no problem. =A0 What has anyone else found bad in this audio circuit? or
any info to narrow down my problem would be appreciated. =A0 thanks =A0
