Kevin, Sounds like cr19710 nad cr19709 maybe breaking down under a load. 
Also suspect ic STK-730-130 It will intermit when it gets hot. A few 
othrthings to check is r19703 (750k 1/2w) and Q19700 Could be breaking 
down,(B-E opening.These will all be on the 250686
