I really haven't seen any difference, and I've been doing this for the last 2 years. I just replace them with whatever I have in stock and none have come back. Realisticly.....it changes the AC resistance from 0.25 ohm to 0.21 ohm.....of course that's if I did the 1/2(pi)(freq)(cap) formula on my calculator correctly. With those figures, I'd be just as comfortable sticking a 33 or 68 uf in there if I was 60 miles away, with nothing else to replace it with.....
