[TechAssist] RCA P52937sg Chassis CTC195m4 Tries to come on 3 times

We I turn this set on it will power up and shut down
three times. You use heat gun on chassis and it will
come on and play fine all day. To get it to go off you
must unplug overnight. Probable cap but can't seem to
find. Maybe someone has this wrote down somewhere?
