Larry,I did a search in my techCD for ptk195+convergence and pasted
anything maybe useful.
RCA~PTK195~Convergence intermittently pops out~~~PTK195~Fluid
leak…causing Q19324 to short~~~~~~

RCA~PTK195~PINCUSHION* NO CONVERGENCE* NO CONV MENU~~~~R19703(750K-1/4W*
193334)* U19700(STK730-130* 215530)~~~~~~

RCA~P4611LV~Int convergence shift and also bowed slightly from top and
bottom-usually acts up aft 5 to 10 minutes~Can correct per customer by
turning set off and on sometimes takes several times to
correct~~PTK195AA~Bad connections on conv power board especially on
L703~~~~~~

RCA~P61960YX1 PTK195Y06T~Total convergence loss or poor
convergence~Found no power coming from convergence power supply. Removed
convergence yoke plugs one at a time to isolate possible amplifier
overload.~Found overload caused by blue convergence amp. Power supply
now functions~PTK195Y06T~Found R19344 located off emitter of Q19349 DIFF
AMP- BLUE HORIZ measured 18K instead of 9.1K. Replace R19344 (9.1K
1/4W)(176888)~~~~~~

RCA~P52812AB PTK195AB~Dead set after replacing convergence
IC~~~PTK195AB~In this case* disconnected main board from convergence*
start set and tried to start but clicked rapidly~Slowly connected
convergence board and once all connectors were in place set
worked.~Possibly unit's convergence EEPROM was corrupted and got reset.~~~~

RCA~PTK195~Loss of convergence appearing as a pincushion defect along
with no convergence menu item~~~~Q19338 (227406) on the convergence
PCB~The power supply was actually shutting down due to excessive
current~~~~~

HTH,
Phil
