[TechAssist] RCA, F31631SE, CTC177CC, snaps, turns black, pix comes back with OSD.

This is happening once every couple of minutes. We repaired the set for 
DEAD Lightning damage, then repaired the pincushion circuit, now this. 
The picture comes back on with channel number and "stereo" as if it had 
been turned off. Any and all ideas welcome.
