[TechAssist] RCA F25442 - Chassis CTC203AD5 - Q14108?

I have replaced Q14101 - Q14401 both shorted. I found R14202 open.
I need to identify Q14108 (surface mounted transistor). Maybe there is a
website where I could find it.
