[TechAssist] RCA CTC187 Chassis - Regulator Feedback Question

What resistors/capacitors could cause +B to rise to 150VDC? I thought +B
was 140VDC on this chassis. Could the extra 10VDC cause the HOT to fail
after 30 minutes?
