Usually if all the standby voltages are good I will reinitialize the
eeprom with chipper check. This usually solves the prob. Is the set
trying to come on? Could be that the horiz freq is off in the eprom.
Easy way to check is to use a varaic at aprox 90V the set should start
if the horiz freq is off then you can get into the service menu and
adjust.

I resoldered tuner, changed EEPROM. There is 5 volts
on pin 8 of the eprom, the data and clock both reads
1.9 volts. I can hear the power supply squeal at plug
in. All of the power supply voltages read good.
Pin 2 of the control micro reads 5.1 volts. What am
I missing on this unit? Help needed. Any help greatly
appreciated.
